This project assessed the impact of the Paulista Aberta program on the local urban vitality of Avenida Paulista, one of the most important financial centers and iconic addresses in São Paulo. The program restricts vehicles from circulating by the avenue on Sundays and holidays. The methodology used indicators related to environmental, urban, social, and economic dimensions to analyze the results.
